It's 2022 and Texas is at war with the US to become a separate nation. Voters in the Lone Star State have elected a fanatical theocratic government that has replaced democracy with oppressive biblical laws and punishments. The borders are closed and the sinister religious police enforce the law with fear and violence. Young librarian Jen Frazier is thrown into the struggle between the theocracy and the underground resistance that is fighting to expose the atrocities committed by the government in God's name.
This is the dark world of AFTER TWILIGHT, an indie comic book series that describes a society where reason is outlawed and blind faith rules.

Collects The Twilight Zone #9-12!
Ben Chambers is a private investigator at the end of his career, an arc best viewed through the bottom of a whiskey bottle. He has investigated missing persons, adulterous lovers, embezzling partners… and none of it has ever changed anything. Now, Ben looks at his life and wonders what was it all for, really? He resignedly takes on one last case, investigating the unsolved murder of corporate CEO Jason Black's son, an Iraq veteran killed shortly after an anti-war rally. Ben expected that his investigation would take him into the past through photos, research, and interviews. What he never expected was that the trip into earlier years would be literal… as he time travels back to the night of the murder! Will Detective Chambers be able to save the young man's life, and if so, what kind of consequences might it have on the present? From the mind of J. Michael Straczynski, Hugo Award-winning creator of Babylon 5 and writer for the blockbuster films Thor, Changeling, and World War Z!

At long last, an epic 10 years in the making, a definitive tale of war and adventure. The year is 2002. After eleven years of war, the First World has collapsed. A brief civil war has left the United States divided, ragged and without hope. The Soviet Union is controlled by former Russian Mafia and military commanders, now kings. Europe, Japan and Israel are radioactive wastelands. Throughout the world, self-appointed lords and tyrants take what they want with force and brutality. Now, five strangers have banded together to find purpose in the midst of violence and apathy. Now, for the first time, this mega-opus collects all 600 pages of the epic Twilight X, including EXTREMELY difficult-to-find issues. It also contains THIRTY PAGES of material NEVER SEEN BEFORE! Written and illustrated in beautiful, cinematic glory and unbelievable detail by Joseph Wight (Star Wars: The Manga, Robotech, Shotgun Mary, Gen 13).
After war, before peace…TWILIGHT X.

In 1961, Western Publishing helped bring The Twilight Zone to the graphic medium, initially releasing the series through Dell, then restarting it in their Gold Key imprint after four issues. Under Gold Key, the series was printed for 91 issues before being traded to the company's Whitman line for a final issue, continuing the numbering to end at issue #92 in 1982. In its 16 years of publication, a number of notable comics talents worked on the series, including Len Wein, Alex Toth, George Evans, Joe Certa (who designed the Martian Manhunter for DC Comics), and the series gave Frank Miller (of Batman: The Dark Knight, 300, and Sin City fame) his first professional job in the comics industry.
